Gas and oil
Tralee has both gas and oil heating. Where mains gas is available, many homes use it, while other homes, especially outside the town, run on oil. Tell us which you have. Gas work must be done by a registered gas installer, so ask for their RGII registration before any gas work starts.
For landlords
If you let a property, you have a duty to keep the heating and hot water working and the property safe. Regular servicing is the simplest way to stay on top of this. Mention in your enquiry that it’s a rental so the plumber can arrange access with your tenants.
